Reflection on 2015 & Moving into 2016 with New Staff, New Year, New Ambition

11 Feb Reflection on 2015 & Moving into 2016 with New Staff, New Year, New Ambition

The year 2015 has been a pivotal year for the Assembly Services department. We have undertaken a new divisional name, a new set of sales & marketing goals, several staff changes and a new website and an expanded and redefined mission. On the staff side, our longtime plant manager Bill Frost retired this year after many years of service to the center. We recently added two new staff members to the Assembly Services department: Mike McCrea & Gerardo Climaco.

Mike McCrea has joined the Assembly Services department in July 2015, in the newly created position of Operations Manager. Mike comes to us with over 7 years of warehouse &  operational experience from  several firms. In the short time Mike has been with us, he has demonstrated a proactive and detailed approach to his position.

Gerardo Climaco has joined the department in May 2015 as our truck driver and general warehouse person. He comes to the center with over 10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse functions. Gerardo has proven he is extremely dependable and resourceful in the performance of his functions. He greets everyone with a smile and a positive can do attitude that has been transferred to his other teammates in the department.

With 2015 behind us, we reflect on not only the past year but look to the future year of 2016 as an opportunity to further improve and expand our mission at the center. While we did undertake and complete many improvements in 2015, much more work needs to be done. Thus we plan to rededicate  ourselves to redefine & take our mission to the next level in 2016.   For the upcoming year we plan to seek further improvements in our operations and sales that will foster our long term success. We plan to expand our premier business services enterprise into new areas of sales growth that will sustain our long term viability in the marketplace.
